DVR dCoder has several options when
processing your video.
Remove Identical Frames:
If
you select “remove
identical frames”, DVR dCoder will analyze the footage and
determine which frames are duplicates.
Resizing:
Resizing is another useful out option.
- None - No resizing of the
video.
- Scale to NTSC - This setting
will resize the final processed video to the NTSC standard
resolution of 720 X 486.
- Scale to PAL - This setting
will resize the final processed video to the PAL standard
resolution of 720 X 576.
- Black Border to NTSC - DVR
dCoder maintains the source file pixel aspect ratio for the
imported frames, and fills the rest of the screen with video
black. DVR dCoder will not resize or alter the aspect ratio
of the source file with this option selected. The resulting
file has is the NTSC standard resolution of 720 X 486.
- Black Border to PAL - DVR
dCoder maintains the source file pixel aspect ratio for the
imported frames, and fills the rest of the screen with video
black. DVR dCoder will not resize or alter the aspect ratio
of the source file with this option selected. The resulting
file has is the PAL standard resolution of 720 X 576.

Viewing Statistics:
After processing,
you have the option to view various processing statistics.
