With Image Stabilization, an analyst
simply draws a region of interest box around an unstable area
of video and allows the computer to track and stabilize the
video. You can choose to stabilize vertically, horizontally,
or both. Stabilization can also be achieved manually,
using a Picture-in-Picture effect and specifying keyframes.
