Pansonic AG1980 Repair

The Panasonic AG1980 is well known as the best video deck for forensic video analysis.  Though Panasonic ended production of this deck, you can still have them serviced and repaired.

While assisting a customer locate a Panasonic service center, I was introduced to Greg Capelo.  He was friendly and professional. He also is very familiar with Ocean Systems and why law enforcement still uses the AG1980. Greg has even wrote a book on VCR repair, that is available through Amazon.
