DVR dCoder v2.0 sometimes closes after I use it

-Fixes intermittent program closing issue experienced by some users

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Simply run the .exe No registration or unlock is required. This .exe will overwrite your current installation

and fix this issue.
