Installing ClearID, (F10) Hot Keys Actions and Unlocking

Step 1 - Install ClearID From Disc Or Download
If you do not have the ClearID program on disc, you can download it online using the request form link below. This 30 day demo version will work as a full version once you enter your unlock code. ClearID can be downloaded on any computer with internet access and then moved to your workstation.

Step 2 - Load the (F10) Hot Key Actions Files For Instant Access To The ClearID Workflow
ClearID v2.5 requires Adobe Photoshop CS4 or later.
Upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Photoshop for as little as $199.

Step 3 - Send Us Your Product Key So We Can Send You Your Unlock Code

Launch Adobe Photoshop, then open an image.  File > Open > Select Image > Click Ok.
(You must have an image open to activate the "Menus" to complete the registration.)

Hit the (F10) key to launch the ClearID Workflow menu.

Select the ClearID Function Index Tab, then Product Registration, then Click OK to get to
the screen below. 

In this dialog box is your a 16 letter Product Key. This code is unique to your system.

E-mail this Product Key along with your Order# or ClearID® SN# to support@oceansystems.com

Title the email "ClearID Registration" along with the "Name of your organization".

Locating your Order# or ClearID® SN#
If you have recently purchased a standalone copy of ClearID and have not yet received your disc via mail, then you can simply send your ClearID Product Key & Order# C09-xxxx.  If you did not receive your email confirmation with your order number, email your sales person and request it.

If you have your ClearID Product Disc, you can locate the ClearID serial # inside the case.


Step 5 - Enter Your Unlock Code Into The ClearID Registration Screen

Once you receive an email from Ocean Systems Tech Support with your Unlock Code, enter the ClearID® SN# and Unlock Code in the ClearID registration screen, then click OK.

(We recommend you write down this code)

ClearID is now activated and ready for you to process your evidence.
