After I save a clip in dPlex Pro the clip seems to be shifted

If I save out a large movie from dPlex Pro, my .avi file appears to be 4.2 GB in size and is shifted like the image below:

This occurs when you try to save a movie too large for dPlex Pro to handle. If the movie is larger then 5000 frames, you will see this behavior. Here are three suggestions to dealing with this:

1. Try saving out a smaller clip.
2. In the save dialog, do not select padding.
3. Do not save out the matrix view and go back and shorten the clip.
