I can't open a video clip in dPlex Pro 2

If you are having an issue with dPlex Pro 2 not opening any video clips, try the following solution:

1. Right click on your desktop and choose Properties.

2. Under Properties go to the Settings tab and click on Advanced.

3. Go to the General tab, and change the Font Size display to Small Fonts (96 dpi)

4. Reboot if prompted.
