Boot Floppy and Emergency Disk Restoration Information

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your system and have been instructed to re-image the machine, you will need to create a boot floppy. We have a file available for download which will create the boot floppy for you. It is strongly recommended that you contact us before attempting a system restoration on your own.

Once downloaded, double click on the floppyv3.zip file (you will need winzip or Windows XP) and unzip the files to a desired location on your hard drive. Open this folder and double click the "runme.bat" file. Make sure you place a blank floppy in your floppy drive. The 'runme.bat" file will automatically create a boot floppy.
