System Information Downloads In order to help our support staff, Ocean Systems has written a program that will analyze your system and generate reports on your system (such as USB, 1394, SCSI, HDD, processor, motherboard, etc) and codecs you have installed, which you can then email to a support representative. There are also shortcuts to open the following: Device Manager, Display Settings, Disk Management, Add Remove Programs. These programs are non-intrusive - they are not "spyware." The System Info software does not work with Windows 95, 98 or ME unless you download the WMI application from Microsoft. WMI can be downloaded here Windows NT is not supported.
