Clarify DVR CCTV Digital Video in Minutes: Even poor quality DVR digital video can produce valuable evidence if you have the right tools. The original "before" video was recorded by proprietary CCTV recorder at a drive thru at 320x240. The "after" results were produced by using DVR dCoder to capture the original. Once saved as a standard uncompressed TIFF, ClearID Interactive dBlur produced these amazing results. The plate was then run and the car was identified with in minutes.
